Lets not forget the brutal pounding he took from Fat Buu when he was tied up in Buu goo. After that he was still able to get up and summon up enough ki for the final explosion. |

Sorry gonna have to agree with the majority. He is a very durable person, he was able to take thrashings fron people that were far superior to him. But i do see where youre coming from, since Vegeta always takes on people who are better than him, he usually loses making himself look less durable. |

No, he does not win the title "easily". Buu holds the title hands down in pretty much every aspect, not only can he sponge hits like nothing, he never loses energy (Unless being beat up by another Buu for some reason) and he is practically impossible to destroy without obliterating every atom of him. Even if you don't count Infinite energy/regenerators then Freeza beats Vegeta in durability. I'd like to see Vegeta survive with half a body. There's no doubt that Vegeta is one of the most durable characters on the show, but to claim he's more durable then Buu and Freeza "easily"? That's just bias talking >_> |

lol thats true his not more durable then buu i admit i was wrong saying that he wins the title easily. But in terms of Z fighters i say he wins the title easily, do you agree? and yes i am a massive vegeta fanboy  Edited by Warrior-Elite, Oct 12 2012, 03:02 PM.

Unless you count Mr Buu or Android 18 as a Z fighter then I agree with that. However I think Vegeta can take hits better than 18, she just doesn't lose energy from them. |

okay, vegeta, he is extremely tough, gohan has the soul, goku has the fighting heart, piccolo is the tacticle one, tien has balls, krillin is hilarious, yamcha, uhmmmmm, okay, no good comments for yamcha, vegeta is the tough one, done and done |

I hate jst ump on the band wagon bvt i cant find much meat in this argument other than that vegeta's entire struggle is about being out classed and going beyond his limits. BUT the fights he loses do end quickly. idk maybe there's something there. someone play devils advocate to him being a whimp |

Toei can make him look as bad as they want in the movies, but they offset that greatly with Kid Buu. |

He took that beating from Kid Buu well. I mean there had to be some willpower in there as well because he should of died again from getting beat on from someone as strong as Kid Buu was. |

Then he was like Kakarot played a damn joke on me. That was over a minute. They even made him appear to be ssj over ssj2 while taking it for emphasis. The hit Vegeta used to knock out dead Goku was softer and weaker than anything Kid Buu gave him and he still got up to talk ***** and get hit again

He can certainly take a beating. But so can Goku, Piccolo, Tien and Gohan. Goku takes a huge beating in lots of fights like against Tien, King Piccolo(both fights), Piccolo Jr and Frieza and he keeps fighting in all of them. Against Piccolo Jr he gets blasted through the chest, has the wound elbowed and stamped on then has his arms and legs broken by a blast and still wins. Against Frieza he gets knocked around like a rag doll for a long time and is still able to stand up to form the spirit bomb. Piccolo in his fight with Goku took a beating, a super kamehameha, another beating, got hit by his own blast which made him resort to ripping off his arm and regenerating and losing loads of blood, used up lots of energy on destroying the island, took another beating followed by a kamehameha and still managed to keep going. Tien and his fight with Goku at the 22nd tournament were they both knocked each other sensless for ages. Not to mention his fight with Nappa were he kept going with a missing arm despite being massively outmatched and kept getting back up. And using the Neo Tri Beam on Cell for a long time and still living. Gohan in his fight with recoome. He seemed to take much more of a beating off recoome than Vegeta did but unlike Vegeta never gave up. He kept going off sheer will and didn't stop until he had his neck broke. And Future Gohan taking on both androids at once with one arm and lasting for a while against them. And of course his epic beam struggle with Cell after being weakened by Cell's blast. And his fight with Buutenks when he broke out of the Tripple Galactic Donuts after being beaten up. And the other part of the fight were he was unconscious and Buu had him by the throat but he woke up and carried on fighting. Vegeta's tough but these guys can certainly give him a run for his money.
